I visited the pharmacy earlier today with my partner, and received appalling customer service from one of the pharmacy staff members Brenda. The individual was dismissive and rude. Forgetting a club card, resulted into me having to give my confidential information on form, of which she just needed my surname and cell to get my info on the system, she continued to lecture me about why I chose to use a different name on a form which had more than enough information for her to use. Your employees almost aggressively persists customers join loyalty programs (Club card) even after a decline. I will definitely not recommend this pharmacy or Clicks.

Other clicks branches are way better when it comes to customer service. I made an online clinic appointment and I was advised that the nurse is off, when I asked to speak to the manager and the guy said I should come back again the following day. What is the use of making an appointment if they will not attend to patients.

Its not always crowded. Happy to shop here.

Disappointed would be an understatement. Clicks does not appear to be under a single covid protocol letting absolutely anyone in without temperature checks or even sanitizing hands. For a pharmacy to be this careless is disturbing. The employees are unprofessional and negligent to customers and I eventually left without buying anything. Greatly disappointed, I hope you do better.

Great customer service. I picked up the wrong product, only noticed after Id paid. Guy working behind the counter went to go collect the correct product for me and swiftly changed the pricing. All in all it was a great experience and great display of kind, helpful customer service. Awesome job!

Conveniently situated on the main street of Rondebosch with plenty of undercover parking. Beautiful, clean and well stocked store, although I would not advise going to the prescription counter if you are about to die, because you will die waiting.

I went there to purchase Plan B and had the worst experience of my life. Despite insisting that my period was not late, the women at the dispensary kept pressuring me into buying a pregnancy test?? I was also told that I can only take Plan B twice a year and that after this purchase I wont be permitted to buy it again. All of this was done with hostility to the point where I was close to tears. Its no wonder young women in this country resort to unsafe contraceptives or none at all, given how such establishments treat customers.

I was in a total tizz when I entered the store, where I was met with the friendliest assistant, big smile on her face, checking if I needed help with anything. I said to her I needed to speak with their nurse if shes in, but I was unable to book an appointment, she assured me that it wouldnt be an issue, she walked me all the way through to the nurses office. The nurse unfortunately couldnt assist me, I then went back to the front looking for the friendly face who first assisted me, who I thought was the manager, I explained to her that I needed to speak with their Pharmacy manager, again she walked me all the way and called the manager for me. Another friendly face, with all the patience, pun not intended, standingwaiting as if just for me. Brenda Florence was on duty and she listened to me and about the situation I now found myself in as if I were her first customer for the day. She went through my profile gave me some sound advice and also helped with what I actually went in for. My day spun into a complete positive after receiving the worst service from the call centre and two other branches including a Dis Chem pharmacy.Thank you sO very much Brenda Florence and team for all your efforts ❤

The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They neither take the time to listen to your request/problem, nor do they attempt to actually help. I required help with a return today and the manager couldnt even summon basic manners – never mind assist me. Save your time and drive 5 minutes up the road to the Cavendish branch.

I am most disappointed by the service I received today at Clicks in Rondebosch. If it werent for the Clicks brand of medication I am prescribed, I would definitely use Rustenburg Pharmacy a few shops down. Unfortunately today it was highlighted that the trade for the discounted medication is bad customer service I.e. being shouted at by the pharmacist/pharmacist assistant. I will not physically describe her but the pharmacist on duty was also aware of the incident. Without establishing the facts, the pharmacist proceeded to treat me the same way until it became apparent that her colleague was the one in the wrong. She then apologised but it was too little too late. I am still in disbelief that I was shouted at by someone who was supposed to be helping me. It baffles me that this pharmacy still cant get it right even with the new automated system. I hate that this Clicks pharmacy is literally less than a kilometre away from me but Id rather travel to Claremont etc for better customer service and just to avoid having to deal with the pharmacy staff.

I received an email, showing the days online specials, I ordered 3 x shampoo. I went to check out, it gave me the option to use my points, which i selected. The check out option reflected it. By delivery it said R0.00. The total line now said R149. I put my credit card details in & paid. Two minutes later I received notification from my bank that R390 had now been deducted from my account. To me this is fraud. If i choose to pay R149, and R390 is deducted from my account, now delivery costs R60 which is what the clicks man on the telephone told me.Please be very careful when purchasing anything online at clicks, this could happen to you.

I called the Call Center on Tuesday, 24 March, to find out if the flu vaccinations were available and was told they are, but Wednesday and Thursday were fully booked. I made an appointment for myself and my husband for Friday at the Rondebosch Clicks. On Thursday afternoon I was called by the Rondebosch Clicks to say that the vaccines are finished and our appointment had to be cancelled. The person calling me said that they also helped people who did not have appointments! I then asked if they could not hold our bookings for the next round and call us when the vaccines arrive, but I was told it can;t be done and that we have to call every day to find out if the vaccines have arrived. If everyone calls every day there will be a lot more annoyed customers who will have to sit on the phone for hours to get through and it will simply place an extra burden on the Call Center or the pharmacy. Surely your service cannot be so bad? When my script is handed in for repeat orders ready to be fetched, which by the way takes as long to collect as going every week and stand in a line anyway, as there is no fast line for this, I get an sms to say it is ready, so why can this not be applied for the flu vaccination?

Not only is this Clicks conveniently situated for me, the added bonus is the amazing staff behind the counter at the dispensary. Khusi and Brenda really stand out for me. Their service is fantastic! I also love Clicks in general for the 3 for 2 offers. These offers can be found on all kinds of products at some time in the month. Watch out for the Beauty Fair to get amazing deals. This store is wheelchair accessible

The turnaround time and waiting period is incredibly long. Pharmacists arent very helpful and dont seem to understand how to charge correctly to the medical aid.

Like most Clicks stores it has most products youd be looking for but with the addition on things like lightbulbs, extension cords and twin plugs. Clicks Pharmacy is in the back of the store. Would recommend.

Terrible service. This is honestly the worst clicks in CPT. You will always end up queuing for close to 45min just to collect a pre-packed prescription. Everyone stands in the same queue and there are at most 2 counters open. I have never once walked in there and not spent an hour just to collect medication. Horrible. 0/5 tbh

Really unprofessional and rude service from Thandeka at the pharmacy. I would not recommend this branch at all.

I called, the lady answered, I asked is this clicks pharmacy, she said no, it is clicks clinic and put the phone off in my ear... No chance to ask any questions or correct my statement??? I called back, she just picked up the phone and put it down in my ear again.I am only rating one star because it is the only option. Really.

Poor service. Staff have no sense of urgency or respect for customers time. The wait time is shocking regardless of the length of the queue. Telephone is never answered. I have redirected my scripts elsewhere because Id rather drive further than have to deal with this establishment.

Staff is extremely helpful, and takes the time to attend to what you need. You cant redeem your birthday discount here though, it has to be a clicks in a mall.

Hopeless service. I came to fill a prescription yesterday and left after waiting 20 minutes after not moving one place in the Q. I have returned today to the same thing I have been in line me for 20 minutes with only 2 counters out of 5 operating!Pathetic! I need the medication so am forced to wait. 2pm 16/8/2019

The pharmacy staff are very lazy. They make up rules to avoid work. No other Clicks has these supposed rules and they certainly have no basis is legislation on medicine. There is a number up on the wall - supposedly you can call this number if you have a complaint. But no-one answers so you have to leave a message and no one calls back.

Theres a lady with a labret piercing on her lower lip. Her customer service skills are in shambles. Doesnt greet, wont bother asking you whether you need a bag or not although you clearly have alot of products and she generally doesnt look like she wants to be there. So disappointed cause the rest of the staff are pretty friendly.

The pharmacy is the worst you can spend an hour waiting and I have on several occasions there are always like 5 people in the back room and one person at the counter who takes forever to complete any task. AVOID This pharmacy at all cost

They need to respond to Phone-Calls 8 Phoned over a dozen-times no one bothers to Answer the Phone.... Makes You wonder if theres anyone working there?????
