This man went far beyond the call of duty by telling us of a special offer on toothbrushes we were buying AT THE COUNTER. Its service like this that gets my vote.

There should be an option for 0 stars! DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR YOUR VACCINATION.Booked online yesterday for my vaccination today, I do not live in Hout Bay yet I drove all the way to this location as they had this specific appointment available. I was turned away by the head nurse after my appointment was confirmed TWICE by Clicks Hout Bay. After arriving on time and ready to have my vaccination done I was told #1 that they dont do vaccinations over the weekend and then #2 that the system had crashed and my appointment wasnt meant to have been confirmed and that they had no vaccinations on site! Why not let the public know of these problems or shut the site down all together so youre not wasting peoples time or their money???What a load of rubbish. Disgusting service and no way to fix the problem or help in any way to reschedule my appointment. I should get a refund for the petrol I used to drive 45 minutes to this place for no reason!YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLES LIVLIHOODS.

I booked online for a vaccine, I received an sms confirmation and when I got there, they didnt have a sister to give it to me.Absolutely ridiculous and a waste of time. CLICKS - dont have an online booking system if you dont know how it works.

Service non existent - cant seem to get the sms notifications to work after more than a year of telling me IT has been notified .Promises to phone back when they not busy but this doesnt happen.

I would rate it zero stars but unfortunately this is not an option. The dispensary is absolutely appalling. I got turned away twice when my doctor is on leave for the easter break. After contacting my doctor and getting the script sent - it was not good enough as I was ccd in and apparently this means that I am going to go to several other pharmacies to get the same script *what a joke*. I ALWAYS ask to be ccd in because the people working on dispensary never receive my script even when they do but just dont look properly for it. Waiting time takes forever and when you do get to a till it takes 40 minutes for the dispenser to sort out a single script. Absolutely shocking. I went to wheelers and they gave me everything within 8 minutes. Never going back here again. As someone who has worked in a dispensary this is the most ineffective service I have ever received. Embarrassment to Hout Bay...

Staff member in the pharmacy went out of their way to prevent me getting medication.

Clicks were absolutely amazing. My sister Jackie phoned from Joburg to request an urgent box of important drugs for a recently diagnosed serious illness. They offered to deliver these drugs to my home in Hout Bay and arrived in record time. So gracious, kind and efficient. Thank you so much Clicks.

For me and my wife we have found the listed price on the shelves is often different to the one at checkout and always to the benefit of the shop. It is disturbing that this has happened often and one wonders if its a company strategy or there is serious incompetence on the merchandising side, either way this is poor from a brand that one trusts so much.

Organized and friendly service though can be a long wait during peak times.

Made appointment with sister, yet again changed. Left work early to make it in time, someone tried to phone but when i phoned back, nobody answered. Service is not good enough.

Ive found the Pharmacy staff on the whole to be v pleasant and courteous, and with a ticketing system in place one can sit and wait comfortably before being served.

Phoning the Hout Bay Clicks clinic or general enquiries is a complete waste of time. Calls are seldom answered and if they are you are cut off. Extremely rude and bad service.

Overall this store should get a five star rating, but I am afraid that there is one bad apple in the mix that continues to be a sticking point. The on duty nurses are often unresponsive to requests and fail to follow through on their duties despite frequent... Almost pleading requests. We are at our wits end and wont be using clicks for any more vitality assessments as they have consistently failed year on year to report our results.

Not the biggest store in the franchise, but great service, a good range of products and it wasnt full in terms of long queues, instead their effeciency was on point.

When you say you close at 3 on a Sunday, then do your customers the bloody courtesy of honouring this! 2.57 is not 3pm!!!! And ur staff with attitude to boot...pointing at their (wrong) watches!

Terrible service not enough staff at the counter ever they are all hiding in the back, dispensary always has a queue. Check your reviews clicks. Do something about it.

Going to clicks has become a stressful experience, your security is so busy talking loudly almost screaming at other Clicks staff.A few times security comes to the make-up section right behind the customers screaming loudly and blocking the isle,while having a conversation.This is what breaks are for, not working hours.. you have no respect for your customers.
