Why have all the space for cashiers when there is only ever 1 working? They seem to enjoy wasting customer time.
I always go to this shop because it is closeby. During covid however one thing that bothered me is the fact that the queue is so narrow and to get to the till at the end, there is almost no space to pass the customer in front of you. So one day I asked the cashier why they dont just rearrange some of the sweet racks so there can be more space as there is clearly not enough space to maintain social distancing. He rudely answers me and says youre not suppose to be in here with a trolley anyway with his colleagues looking shocked next to him. It would not be an issue for me but not once ever was I asked to leave my trolley outside if I want to enter the store. I told him they obviously know its a problem and I am just making a suggestion. He seemed very irritated and said that I should talk to the manager and not him. I wasnt looking for conflict at all but the way this gentleman spoke to me was shocking and not client oriented in the least.
I doubt it if this Clicks is still open or if anyone is working in the shop, because after 20 calls no one is answering the phone, absolutely pathetic!!
Convenience under one roof
Worst store ever we wanted to order 50 bean bags for our staff. I could tell the lady on phone exactly how it look and where it is in store. I had one question I just want to know what is inside to see if any one is allergic. Her answer was I must come and look myself. Will never do business with clicks again. So if anyone know where I can get 50 beanbags that last 8 hours please do let me know. I need 50 now and 80 next month. The one I saw at clicks was R149.00 this our budget more or less per bag. Wish I could rate 0 stars. If you dont like your job dont work there. You might have clients that buy more than me but every client is supposed to count isnt it? Way to go clicks. Definitely not proud of you.
Not happy, I went to look at the Wet & Wild foundation range. Only to discover that they had 1 tester in a odd colour. After asking the lady if she could assist she said: No sorry we do not have stock of the testers.Please can you make a plan and get testers for the foundations.
Slowest service in the world
I go to this store at least once a week. It’s super convenient and clean, but I must say I have noticed that the till staff look unhappy / tired. They are not particularly friendly.
