Excellent work, on time. Clean work and friendly workers. Cape Handyman converted a garage for us, took down walls, installed sliding door, etc... we are very happy and will re-hire them again in a heartbeat.

I needed some handy work done at my country home and contacted Cape Handyman services and they did a poor job and the workers stole jewelry and when i talked to Micheal, he was very arrogant. NEVER EVER AGAIN. WE ARE OPENING A CASE AGAINST THEM!!!!!

I would avoid Cape Handyman based on recent experience.If there was a MINUS 5 review for this guy I would use it.Failed to provide an invoice for the poor work he performed. When he verbally stated the cost of what he was charging (replace water heater and do tar patch on roof) he stated an exorbitant amount of money. When my property manager requested an invoice he would not provide one. If you are looking for a disorganized, poorly prepared, and expensive handyman, Micheal is the man for the job!And he has a fake landline number that clearly does not work.Now I have had to retain an attorney.
