Bitterly disappointed. I have never been treated with so much disinterest in my life. I showed her photos at the beginning of my appointment of what I wanted, a nice sleek Chinese bob, the shortest part being in the nape of the neck. She must have spent a whole 1 second actually looking. And when it came to the cutting part of the appointment, she did not ask to see the photos again nor did she even discuss the cut with me. Didnt discuss lengths, my preferences, nothing. She just hacked away. And I mean hacked. My hair is so short at the back, almost up to my crown. And uneven. Like some awful mushroom cut that was in fashion decades ago. Also, when I book for a cut, colour, blow dry AND flat iron, thats what I want. In the 18 months Ive lived in this area I am yet to meet a hairdresser that does what I ask for, her included. If I want my hair flat ironed then flat iron my hair. Dont shoo me out the chair after my blow dry. I know my hair. I have been going to salons for more than 20 years. I know that half an hour after I leave the salon, if my hair is not flat ironed it will frizz. So, here I am, crying my eyes out because I have this disgusting hair cut that cant be fixed and that will probably take me a year to attempt to grow out. Thanks for that.
