I booked highlights and a treatment as my stylist was ill. The stylist at shylocks was miserable and there was in-house fighting amongst the staff which made it very uncomfortable from the beginning. I told the stylist that it had taken many months to get to the blonde my hair was at present and that I wanted to go a more ash blonde. Well my hair, thanks to shylocks ended up a brown orange mousy mess. I was livid!! Lena from Lenas hair salon tried to rescue my poor awful looking mop by lifting some of the orange and doing a botox treatment.

The hair professional of the day gave me permanent tight curls instead of the large loose waves that I asked for. 🙄.The hairdressers come and go, so I cant blame the actual studio persay. Make sure you pick your hairdresser well if you do go there.

The stylists are lovely, but the basin experience is shocking. I love going to hair salons, mostly for the basin experience but was hugely disappointed.
