I have never experienced such a personalized, classy and welcoming customer service at a hair salon. They made me feel right at home, listened to, and completely pampered. After 2 really bad experiences elsewhere I tried Gary Rom based on Google reviews. It exceeded all my expectations! From the cappuccino, to being offered lunch, to bottled water, to a lovely hand massage and the little touches like dark massage room and welcome writing at your station. I last experienced such luxury in the old salons over 30 years ago, where customers were still considered important. Michell knew exactly what I wanted and gave me something I could have had 3 years ago! Such destinction! Simply in another class from booking to paying. I ended up spending a fortune on hair care products for previously chemically messed up hair but see it as an investment longterm. The staff are friendly, motivated, educated and willing to go the extra mile. Youve got me Gary Rom.

I had a wonderful experience, Lizanne is fantastic - very professional, engaging, and has a great energy. She took her time getting to know me, my hair history and recommending suitable treatments. The treatments blew me away - the staff are lovely, I felt pampered and well taken care off - didnt expect the spa experience but certainly enjoyed it! I even enjoyed the music - vibrant and upbeat without compromising on the relaxing atmosphere of a salon. What a treat.

This is the best salon experience Ive had in years! More like a mini spa day. Everyone who works here is very attentive and professional. Tiffanys massages will put you in another realm. Ray is a master of his trade – the perfect balance of caring and humble, and totally confident and skilled. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I had the pleasure of having my hair coloured and styled yesterday and as a holidaymaker I was blown away by the expertise, knowledge,pampering and absolute interest they took in me as a client. Not once did I feel rushed or uncertain of what to expect - everything was run down to the finest detail as to what they are planning to achieve, if I am comfortable with that and even final cost was laid out ( before they started) I loved all the extra’s from drinks, lunch, hand treatments, scalp and neck massage right through to the good company of both stylists. Absolutely blown away by how professional the team are. Raymond is so kind and vibey and takes you through the entire process of your hair condition and treatment. From the friendliness to the quality hair wash (I havent come across another hairdresser that washes at the bottom of your scalp and double checks for excess product, until trying out GRH).I love my haircut. First time at a Gary Rom and hopefully not the last. From initial consult through to the final product the passion, knowledge, straightforward approach and care was above and beyond. No-nonsense and do what they say they will.Ray was able to revive a few years of overdye-ing and bring my hair back to life whilst returning it to almost virginal state in 1 session.Highly reccomend you give it a try- you get what you pay for and the value for expertise is exceptional and worth every cent.Will be back!Shout out to Tiffany for her delightful ways and crazy good massages - heavenly!
