I received a quote before hand but ended up paying a lot more for product that they used as a result of the mistakes they made. I sat there for 4 hours for roots only. My scalp was so burnt and irritated that I could not even handle blow drying my hair and walk out with wet hair.They were extremely rude and condescending when I asked what mistake they made. My scalp has red scabs as a result.
