Literally the worst place I have ever experienced. I booked my hair for simple curls to be done for a very important family wedding.On my arrival the woman told me she is running late - which I was chilled with because I had especially booked my hair earlier. I told her that it is a very important day so I cant wait to long. ONE HOUR I waited to be seen to. (taking into account that I was told to wash my hair before to save time, which again, I was chilled with - imagine I didnt) I tried to go somewhere else but everywhere I knew around me was full. When I was eventually seen to she was so damn rough with my hair (Im not one to complain about abit of hair pulling but this was actually sore) she burnt me on my ear with the hair iron. When all of this was done I was already late for my makeup all the way in TYGERVALLEY. When I wanted to pay she THEN only told me that they have a cash basis only. Who the hell doesnt have card machines these days ?? so I had to go and draw money. I should of just left and not paid for the pathetic service. But I had no time to argue.When I paid her she didnt even say bladdy thank you. My hair wasnt even curled properly - I could of done a better job & save that cash AND TIME,because of their poor service I MISSED the before church family photos or interaction/getting ready with everyone because I was late. Never will I recommend anyone to them. EVER. Hope they see this and realise what a inconvenience they caused on such a special day.
