This was the worst hairdressing experience I’ve ever had. My lower back was paining from the wait. I arrived at 11:50 and left at 14:20!! The worst part is that you want to charge competitor prices but you can’t keep up with the standard that they provide. I paid full price for a trainee to do the majority of my hair. You also don’t know that hair dressing is about providing an experience for your client, which you did not provide. It was so unprofessional with the lady washing my hair used kettle water to warm the water! You don’t know your industry well enough if you make these type of errors and I hope that you take these suggestions and work on it. Work on how to get new clients but also learn how to retain your customers. I will unfortunately not be returning since you don’t know how to run a proper salon. You have one hair stylist with 3 booked clients that all have appointments waiting. Your competitors are doing what you do in 50 minutes, they offer drinks and magazines and they create a lovely experience for each client. You need to work on all this but this salon is a no from me.
