Never again! Fake hair. Waste of money. Its so plastic that it cant stay curled for long

False advertising, I asked for low cut pixie hair that I saw on Instagram I showed a photo from the advert to a lady and she gave me, I paid and I left they said no fittings and yes it was busy. Her service was okey but this is not what advertised and yet they say no exchange no refund. I’m very disappointed even my grandmother can’t wear this. I will never recommend exclusive virgin hair to anyone.

The quality of the hair is horrible and their customer service/ care is even worse. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff as well.

After 1 wash, the hair shedding and tangle a lot. and they refused to refund as they promised. very bad quality hair

Disapointed, low quality hair, spent R2600, got the wig after 1 month, the hair after first washed, shedding a lot
