Dropped In 5 times during my holiday because members and coaches were really friendly, box is massive and has all the equipment youll need. 100% Recommended !

Very nice and spacious box. Easy to drop-in to either join the wod of just do an open gym. Their equipment is off good quality and the staff is nice. Would go again if I ever come to cape town again. Thanks guys for letting us stay in shape during our vacation ✌️. Drop-in costs are R 175

The coaches are great. The vibe is awesome. The support is incredible. And the smoothies are amazing.

This box is always filled with great energy and loads of motivation. The coaches are top notch and technique far out weighs whos bar is the heaviest. Fun place to train and a big family! Two thumbs up!

The gym has a young and vibrant vibe with amazing energy.Great coaches and intense workouts that are always focused on correct form. The facility has everything you could need and it is in a great central location. Everyone who attends is always encouraging and rooting for each other.If youre looking for a great workout, trust me, this is the place. Highly recommended!

Did the open wod 20.2 there and could drop in spontanously. One of the best boxes I ever visited (and I try some new on every vacation) . Best equipped, great location, absolutely warm, friendly & supporting members and coaches. Felt home from the beginning. Thanks for that great time today.
