Good accommodation, few rooms and very quiet and quiet area all hours of the day or night. The cleanliness was great and the double rooms were of a standard size enough for one to two people, with good and comfortable bedding. The mattress was spring loaded and already unstable, not advisable for people with back problems. Large bathroom with some amenities and shower with hot and abundant water. It has a room with exercise equipment, as well as an outdoor pool and solarium. The social area is very wide and includes a large area with sofas, cable TV, the bar area for drinks and the breakfast area, with five tables for two and a large one for eight.Breakfast is chosen from a menu with options of hot dishes (eggs, bacon), green salad, mushrooms, great fresh fruit salad, yogurt, orange juice, coffee, toast, milk and tea.There is no phone in the room, which was an inconvenience, because as the hotel is very far from the center and the main tourist spots and the public transport point (train) is far and not recommended, I was depending on the receptionists to call a taxi all over day. Taxi prices are exorbitant and not regulated. Prices for a run between the Guest House and the main tourist spot, V @ A Waterfront, from where you can access various tours and tourist buses, ranged from 100 - 350 ZAR (Randz).The 3 employees are friendly and helpful, and there is always one outside the guest area or on the external premises of the House, accessible using the landline at reception. Access to the House is restricted to guests, controlled at the main gate and at the reception entrance by keys with remote control held by guests or receptionists.The manager / owner is very friendly and personally picked me up at the airport, since for unknown reasons, my email sent confirming the arrival time at the airport, disappeared. I didnt have a shuttle waiting for me when I arrived at Cape Town airport.
