This is a very modern and well layed out Woolworths. They have a wide range of food and drinks available and also have a restaurant where you can sit down for a bite to eat. Their take away coffee is very good!

What an amazing store.We ate breakfast at the Cafe,shopped at a store that is the same quality as Marks and Spencer in the UK, and then had coffee and cake after the shopping.Quality and lay out of isles is next level with things your eyes want but your budget must fight for.Blissful shopping and Cafe.Truly a flagship store!!

Food is good, but service was a bit average and took 40 minutes for food to be prepared.

Literally the biggest Woolies Food ever; its like going to a PnP If this Woolies doesnt have what youre looking for, other than halaal, then I dont think youd find it anywhere else. It would be nice if they had a small halaal meats section, like at Tygervalley.

Very unfriendly cashiers, no greeting, no thank you for shopping here, on the other hand the floor staff were very good, as we cudnt find fillet steak and he brought it to us. Im from KZN will never shop there again. Felt unwanted.

One of the most better looking and more tailored woolies Ive seen. Stock of items though and shelf packing/rearrangement, leaves much room for improvement. Second item driving there for a particular item and its outta stock. Management tried last time but even though system said they had stock they couldnt locate it. Overall a good shopping experience and still my goto store for meat items now+

Love the new woolies that opened. Great modern design with a wide range of products to choose from.Also couldnt resist to try the woolies café here. I had a pleasant experience. Coffee was good and well presented. The cheesecake was also good quality and the portions were huge. Service was a bit slow, but they are still learning- so be kind.

Very well stocked store and great products.However the restaurant is a little dismal.I had to sit and watch the manager pick her teeth in front me while I ate my plastic looking omelette.Expected a better prepared meal for the price I paid.. No jams for toast considering there is a store attached to the place. So I assume management is not on the pulse.The sun is so bad in the shop if you facing outside and the sun is setting, you are blinded with reflections of glass doors and the cars. Very frustrating. They called pergolas you need them.. service was Average, (mangement)Needs improvement in the management, for such a a great new location.Good brand I am sure they will work the kinks out. Will always support nevertheless..1 month later and ther service is still poor. The mangers sits us in outside near the cars with a 3yrold and then we are forgotten. No service had to go call for a waitress. We ended up leaving because we couldnt wait anymore. Management at your restaurant is shocking. Not impressed once again.. if you prepared to wait and get bad service good luck. That was the last time we go there...

This is a well-stocked branch and they have a wide variety of produce. Their coffee is excellent. It is just a bit too busy for my liking, but Covid safety measures are enforced.

The produce is always nice and fresh but occasionally the staff push past the customers which isnt so nice but otherwise I love the store. One or two employees can disrupt the overall experience unfortunately.

Woolies in Durbanville is fantastic. They have ever everything one comes to expect from the chain. Good food and product selection at incredibly high quality standards are a given. Outside parking is sufficient most days but when full, undercover parking is also available. Currently all parking is free which is appreciated in these difficult financial times. The centre it belongs to is neat, upmarket and well maintained. I enjoyed the water fountain on my last visit there. I recommend a visit if you are in the area.

Store and cafe have awesome food and very clean. The staff at the cafe and bakery are always friendly and coffee is the best. Till efficiency at the express check out lacks staff and tills are generally slower to assist than in peak periods.

I had a problem with some chicken I bought there. I returned it and the manager exchanged it for me, no questions asked. The manager and staff member was really helpful and polite. I shop there regularly and have never had a problem with service or availability of products. Keep up the great work.

Finding parking as you enter is kinda common at most malls, if you dont mind the wait. You have the option to park downstairs so that is great.Stores are great, especially woollies. Ppl and staff are kind and you usually find what you looking for. Havent gone to all the stores but woollies is at the top of my list. 3stars only because I havent gone to any other store except crazy store. Its unusually in an out.

Woolies fan, but almost always let down by their restaurants.I am a VERY big Woolies supporter. I really appreciate their friendly staff, clean environment and all round excellence. However, I have been disappointed one too many times by the WCafe.I have noted that they do have multiple items on the menu that seem to be out of stock every time I notice somebody order food. I myself try to order 2 different things today and both items were out of stock or as the waiter put it:we never even had this item available.My food arrived (Eggs Florentine) swimming in some kind of melted butter sauce, which took me a while to realise that this as indeed their rendition of a Hollandaise sauce (seems like the sauce separated somehow). My husband ordered the full big breakfast which comes with a glazed bacon...very disappointed as it did not seem glazed. Overall it was a very below average dinning experience with above average prices. I was just glad that we didnt have to pay for the meal as we had our Woolies quarterly voucher we used.The 2 star on my rating was awarded for the coffee, that in some way saved this review to be a one star rating. I am always pleased with their coffee and will specifically drive to Woolies for a coffee.I am open about the fact that I am quite a critic in the way that I do love value for money. I do not mind spending more to receive something great. I however am concerned about the WCafe and their quality of food and service. It always seems like there is some kind of problem, be it understaffed, lack of kitchen supplies or just overall food quality (which obviously affects my value for money issue).My suggestions to the manager:1) Review your menu, take off the things that are not available or at least tell the client what is not available. Just remove the chicken sausage which never reached the kitchen before.2) Step up in the kitchen. Maybe get some training for the kitchen staff.3) Rather used store bought Hollandaise (this is a tricky sauce to perfect).Looking forward to experience the WCafe in the future, once they have catched up with the rest of the Woolies group. But for now, we will only be drinking coffee at WCafes.
