I went to an Electronic Company close to Pick n Pay.....really I cant call it a bad place that whole area at Pick n Pay and around is good . Just that it seem to be a busy place .Im going to attach only 2 photos which I captured showing a place close to Pick n Pay as I didnt manage to capture the pick n pay area.Thank you.

I like that there is security, and Im 5 minutes away from home also quite a few shops there now.Peps there is my favourites.

Panic is the name of the game manager was too rude was just about to pay for groceries all was put out of store because of fire panic. Had to go find another store to buy food for kids.

Cashier very helpful. Ran short of cash. Instead of reducing the grocery she used points on my smart shopper card. Its really a family Pick n pay. I was very happy!

Horse riding, bike cycling, really enjoyed had a pleasant time even the night was awesome.

Ive been in here 2 Sundays in a row and I loved it. It aint crowded.

Too many informal traders crowding the entrances. Parking areas need cleaning and beggars should be put in their place. Very irritating if one is looking for a simple shopping experience.

Shop employs zero COVID-19 social distancing rules mid third wave.Customers stand right behind you without any comment from the sleepy manager at the front section.Shop is quite dirty and the frozen section always smells foul (with the standard dead cockroach 🪳 frozen in the freezer)Rather go to PnP Howard Centre - unless youre desperate.

Not a store I will buy ready to eat food from. The store smells bad and the quality of food cooked there is below standard.

Im very disappointed I bought few items I requested cash back at the till the till operator counted the money for me when I got home I counted the money again they was a R100 that was ton with no number I went back to pick n pay I showed them the money that was ton they took long to to come back to me when they did they was a lady that came wearing glasses I think she is a supervisor or a manager she started accusing me saying that Im lying . When I was given the money I did not go anywhere I only went home I didnt even take long to go back again to pick n pay ,they did not replace the money they gave me I had to do a cash back again Im really disappointed they are not professional

Great customer service from Sisanda keep on the good work.

Since they under new management everything has changed for the better. Especially the products.

Service is what you expect from a Pick n Pay retailer. However, the floor staff arent friendly, with some being downright rude and condescending. Managers however, are helpful and available should you require assistance.

The worst pick n pay ever!!! You can be sure that when something is out of stock, you will never find it on their shelves again and you constantly have to check your receipt!!If I dont check I dont catch the specials!!

A friend of mine took his 6 empty beer bottles to buy 6 beers and the cashier didnt want to take the empties, and told him that they do not take on empties. Why do Maitland pnp liquors not take beer bottle returns...pnp sea point even change the policy....to take the amount of empties to the same amount u buy.

Good small complex, just dont leave your valuables in the car.... there are thieves who jam your car so that if you lock it with a remote i will not lock and they get into the car and stefor once you are away

Mainly caters for foreign Africans and the lower-class segment. If you need a special item, best you go to the next closest store in Pinelands. Usually very busy and often crowded.

This entire complex requires a deep, no a super deep clean.... Ppl parking all over the place on the side walks advertising rent a van... Hawkers all over the front of the entrance. Trying to get in and out of the parking is a health hazard and an accident will occur, if it hasnt happened yet. Its disgusting in there parking.... The actual pick n pay, oh my word where to begin.... Staff has no etiquette, store is filthy and Ive seen cockroaches in the store. If I compare pick n pay Maitland and pick and pay Howard center, I will drive past Maitland branch and go all the way to Howard centre.... Maitland complex has no control over the entire area. You can literally pull out a bunki and start selling whatever you want.

I asked for carrier bags,only to later learn one item wasnt packed so I still asked to buy a bag for that item & the teller told me she cant sell me a bag only & I can consult her supervisor, I kept quiet & asked another customer to ring me a bag

Personally I dont find this particular P&P good, I like to shop my groceries at P&P but not this Maitland P&P store. It does not have the services and friendly staff I usually get at P &P, it does not have the variety items I buy.
