Very good customer service, the staff are friendly and eager to assist. In particular we wanted to purchase some disposable container, the manager went beyond the call of duty to get us the quantity that we needed and even then only charged us cost price.Thanks OK Minimarket Bergzigt for contributing to what was a lovely vacation in Strand, Western Cape.

Great little store! Have all the basics and more. Nice bakery, only thing I miss is they dont do a baked cheesecake. ALL the staff are friendly and helpful. Some items are more expensive than the bigger supermarket chains, but I would rather spend a little more just for the service with a smile!!!

Its a nice shop. Not too expensive. But the staff needs to be trained in customer service.

Still one of the best convenience stores weve been using so far, however we find that the stores baker is not customer orientated at all.. It is the umpteenth time we go to the store for freshly baked brown oupa bread, only to hear from the bakery staff that the baker either did not bake, or will not bake, or that he is not in store that specific day. So sad to see that someone like that baker who is really good in his baking, keeps on slipping up. Would be really nice to experience a baker that is on top of his game and would go the extra mile..

Close to our home, within walking distance.The store was neatly displayed, better then the previous owners.The opening days had plenty of specials.The goods was from Monday, not that cheap, and the fresh fruit and veggies was not clearly marked.I was lucky to buy the last Sasco brown breadloaf at 14h30 on Monday 27/5/2019.
