About a week ago, I posted a negative review of a product which I ordered from Sustainable. To my utter amazement, they telephoned me and asked about the problem I was having with it. I explained, and within a few days, they sent me a part which had inadvertently been left out of the box when the product was shipped to me. I was immediately able to get the product to work (beautifully, I might add), and was extremely impressed by the companys follow up. I WILL be ordering again from Sustainable -- they care about their customers!

The Team at Sustainable is THE A-TEAM!They have vast experience and can, thus, provide valuable expert advice during the planning of an installation. Their prices are very competitive and excellent value for money. The order process is user friendly and fast. Their follow-up, on one’s order, is absolutely impressive. Even though they had an item not in stock and, unfortunately, I had to purchase it elsewhere, when that item was not performing according to expectations, they immediately gave, on my request, excellent advice and offered to communicate on my behalf with the manufacturer!!!! Creating an online account was easy. They processed my order within 2 working days and my solar panels were delivered on the 3rd day with no issues. I was kept up-to-date throughout the whole process. I recommend their solar panel range as it is the cheapest I could find locally online but good quality as well. They also have a good range for the DIYer. Would have been 5 stars but I would recommend listing your MPPT controllers with their battery system voltage since this is more useful when looking for a suitable device for your system rather than just the total PV voltage.

I received my orders in tact. Some of the products did take a long time to be delivered, but the client service was friendly and helpful.

The service and support from the Sustainable team is really amazing. I purchased a replacement battery for my UPS, so I could continue to work during load shedding. For some reason, the courier company managed to mess up the delivery address and the battery went missing.Reesha was really fantastic with the follow up on the battery and had a replacement unit sent urgently to me.Many phone calls from Sustainable to keep me updated with the progress and the battery arrived safe and sound.This is not the first purchase I have made from Sustainable and they have always been great with their delivery service and feedback, never mind the great product range and reasonable prices.Would certainly recommend them as a supplier of eco friendly products.

If there after sales service is like there pre sales service I would be very careful of buying any item from them. I have send them an enquiry on the 3rd of March and again on the 8th. I have not had a reply except for there auto reply. Its not like I need a complicated system. In fact its 2x batterys and a charger. I will not recommend any person to support there business.

Bad experience with this company. And customer support is terrible and lies to you ! So much for the supposed promise on the website that orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours!And then when they finally do claim that the courier has collected the parcel they cannot provide a waybill number because its friday afternoon and they will be closing soon.

Terrible service! I was advised by their tech team on what to buy. Once I received everything and was in a remote location for installation I realised that they had sold me the incorrect equipment. Spend 2 weeks trying to call and message and still have not got assistance (I even send 5 separate emails). Please urgently assist me or Whatsapp me a solution here!

Very professional service with on-point technical advice and solutions

Very disappointing.I went to a lot of trouble to get a specific solar panel fromthese people. When I went there to collect, they sourced a different panel which I could get just about anywhere.They did not let me know that they cant get the product that I want because they were very busy.They could not come up with any reasonable solution. Ended up taking my panels and going to a different supplier for the extra parts that I now need.Not phoning me cost me way more than R1000 in fuel and changes to my mounting infrastructure, not even counting hours.

Terrible refund / Return service on a defective product. Watch out for their T&Cs. They will insist on having goods returned at your own cost. Video proof will not be accepted.

Stay away as far as possible from this Company as they make promises which they can not deliver on. Every day is a hiccup with them !They cant deliver on what they advertise on there website!First I order a 12v 1000W pure sin wave inverter. They say that they will source it from JHB and I can collect it the next week Monday.The Wednesday I phone them and ask where is the item. Then they say that there was a 24V 1000W sent from JHB. They have to source the 12V 1000W again from JHB because there was a Hiccup.The Friday I phone them again, and guess what another hiccup occurred again. They received a 24V 500W and no there is no 12V 1000W in South Africa anymore in stock.After a lot of phone calls at my expense up to 10 a day. They decided to supply me with another 12V 1200W pure sine wave inverter. On which I had to pay up too. They say I will receive this unit the next Monday!Tuesday I phone them again and guess what another Hiccup occurred they will sent it tomorrow as I was told how many times and it never came. Asked for waybill number never received any.To this date I havent received my inverter yet and I believe this company is scamming people.SAFE YOUR MONEY AND STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!
