WOMAG themselves were pretty good at they had lovely items at their store. My only issue with the store themselves is that they recommended a highly unprofessional person to do the granite work and that their after sales service wasnt great. I called them and left messages to be called back and my calls were not returned.I understand that they should not be held responsible for his bad service but as a reputable company, you should only endorse someone who you fully support.The guy who was recommended is William. He was at the WOMAG premises on the day that I purchased my granite and we discussed what needed to be done. Thereafter, I had to call him and follow up with him on the next process and the progress of my work to be done. He asked for my details on so many occasions and still got the details wrong. I wrote down my email address and whatsappd it to him and, even though I was told he sent me emails, I never received it. There was absolutely no customer service from his side. The only time I got calls from him was when he wanted payment. Even after the payment was made, he never messaged to confirm receipt or anything until the next payment was due wherein he just sends a statement.Additionally, as a professional, he never used his experience to advise on things or make suggestions to better the end result. He came onto m property and used things from my property to do his job. He damaged the granite and didnt even apologies for it. He barely even fixed it properly until I queried things on the granite. I am very dissatisfied with his service and would never recommend him to anyone.UPDATE: Since posting this, I assume WOMAG sent this review to William which shows that they intend to investigate this matter and I think thats great.William miraculously found my number and decided to call me to demand an explanation. I told him that Im not going back down this road. He then says he will respond to my email which I was shocked at seeing as he could never email the correct address before. He then proclaimed that he never said he emailed me. I told him that I have proof of what he said and ended the conversation.@WOMAG, should you require proof of any of the statements that I have made in my review, I am more than willing to provide it. But @William, I no longer want to deal with you.
The wide selection of granite, marble and porcelain is beautiful and we commend them on that, however on this occassion, we felt that the sales assistant made us feel as if we wasted her time not spending enough money on our purchase, she appeared helpful and friendly on asking if she could assist but once we gave her our order, she seemed to completely disconnect and appeared rather irritated to have left her office just to ring up a small order, an experience we did not have previously.
Well stocked with the most beautiful tiles and marble. Helpful staff giving excellent advise. Will definitely return anytime.

The WOMAG sale was spectacular but their after sales support on sale items is dismal. very disappointed that they refused assist me in any way shape or form with my purchase.
I bought a marble top on sale and when I collected it, it had chips that couldnt be polished out easily - partly my fault for not collecting immediately
I went to Womag to get a premium product. This is exactly what I paid for, however I expected that a premium level of service would also be included. It wasnt. It is clear to me that management is not customer service orientated, nor are they people friendly. The sales lady that helped me was really good, but it stops there. Management in the Showroom werent wearing masks and showed very little care that they could be passing on viruses. Never mind setting a good example for junior staff or a good image for the company. Warehouse service was incredibly slow, and to cap it off the tiles were delivered to me individually, one by one, to he taken home. How does that make any sense? This is their policy. I left my number for the GM to phone me regarding the service, but have heard nothing further from them. I still have 3 bathrooms and a kitchen to renovate. Needless to say I am not going back. I suggest you find a other supplier as well.Update:Since writing the review Ive been contacted by WOMAG senior management and they addressed all my concerns, to my total satisfaction. Thank you, WOMAG, for listening to your customers.

Its a fantastic place to be. The showroom is beautifully set up where you can see everything properly when choosing what you want . I will recommend any one to buy their bathrooms ware ,kitchen ware, and a whole lot of stuffs that you require .Womag is the place to spent your money at for quality stuffs.
