When paying toll fees at the Huguenot Tunnel on Monday 9th March.We paid the R41.50 with a R50 note and we received change in all 50 cents coins. It seemed odd to receive a handful of coins.Strangely enough our friends travelling behind us also received 50 cent coins as change.Oddly enough my change was short by one rand and theirs by 50 cents.Either this lady is not able to count or this is a nice scam to make a bit of money on the side every day.I have photos of our receipts if you would like to see them.

This place is always empty...does anyone work here. Talk about a waste of tax payers money!
