This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced form any company. I dont want to write an essay about my experience, but Im actually starting to doubt if this company actually exists. It has been three months since I paid in full for new batteries and a cover - who knows what will happen next?

Shocking service. Paid HG golf carts to convert my golf cart to run on a lithium pack. Three months later and after many empty promises I got it back and could clearly see that the job was rushed and not completed. Bolts were missing, the bracket to hold the pack was not painted, my charger had not even been upgraded as promised and quoted for so I could not charge my cart making it useless to me. Ended up demanding a refund which I only got by saying I would get lawyers involved. I personally will never do business with HG golf carts again. They are all talk but no walk.
