Very helpful and fast, I ordered, paid and collected my glass in 30min on a Saturday morning. Waiting area isnt great but go visit the shops.

Jacques quoted for replacement glass in Aluminium frames R850, 00 and when my partner went to complete transaction, he was charged R1300.00 and told that he had to take the more expensive and much thicker saftey glass, because it is regulation. The glass replaced was 4mm, not 6.5mm saftey glass. The regulation is for windows under 500mm from the floor,. This is not the case. When I questioned this, Jacques told me that I had given him the wrong measurements, and a whole lot of excuses - but really, this is bad business practice! Pushing you to buy the more expensive option by saying it is law, when it is not needed is deception!* Jacques went to check his fact, called to apologize, and refunded the difference in price. Thank you.
