Ordered glass on the 10th February 2021 and they said it would be ready following Wednesday a week later. Already a long time to cut 3 pieces of glass but so be it. It is now Friday still nothing no glass or feedback no response when either it would be sorted. Will never make use of them again extremely un professional.

Very poor pre-sales customer service. They never arrived to measure up replacements in the booked time slot and when I followed up, they acknowledged my email, but have since not had any further contact.... hate to think what service delivery or post sales customer service would be like. Not impressed.

Ordered 4 doors which was delivered very promptly and incorrectly twice.my e/mail stated exactly what I needed so I phoned Jacques to find out what the problem was. Jacques said to me that it is very difficult understanding the client over the phone. (e/mail) two doors without sills was fitted with a filler piece at the bottom ( Jacques said that it is to seal)The double glazed door glass pane had a crack in the corner which started underneath the trims (sometimes happens with assembly)- also the door sagged. I e/mailed Jacques with the problem and received an e/mail back stating that if problem was on my side they will treat it as an extra. The door was picked up and I got an Quotation for the replacement of double glazed pane. In my conversation with Jacques he said that I stripped the door apart and caused the glass to crack and removed the packing thats why it was sagging. (why would I strip the door?)Jacques said that he will meet me half way and replace only one pane of the double glazed door.Pardon me Jacques you dont know good business for me and you need a wee bit more than the glass pane to fix a double glazed pane. I gave them 5 working days to make amends but they did not come to the party. They quoted me R 2000.00 plus to repair their problem. Why do I say this? You just have to make sums, their quote included fetch and delivery. Glass hopper quoted me R 3 300.00 to do the repairs after I dropped of the door and went to fetch the door after completion. So they even tried to screw me by offering to replace just one pane of glass and pay half the price. You cannot replace just one pane on a double glazed panel.I guess that they tried to minimize their lost by charging the material price at cost hoping I will fall for it.I cant trust this company! The phone just rings never at any time of the day does it get answered. How can people complain when the buisnes is ding bad when you can never speak to any one. Poor service.

Ordered a double glazed window and after waiting more than a month for installation, the opening windows were on the wrong side of the window. Went back to the factory to be fixed and when returned the brand new double glazed windows were scratched. The window was also made too small for the opening and then fixed with aluminum strips on the side (which defeats the object of double glazing). Jacques, the owner, came to measure the opening again and made another window. When this window arrived for installation, it was exactly the same size as the original window but assembled so poorly that I sent the team away. A year later, no fixes and no refunds. After many promises.

Service is not great, had to follow up 3 times on the job booked and when I went there for collection and expected to be ready and it was not. Took 4 days to have one piece of glass cut in half that was suppose to take not even a day as per receptionist instructions.Not very happy and wont be using there services again.

Disappointing experience. Window breaks because lower part of frame is loose, and the glass slides off. Wait 10 days from measurement to installation. Installation is done without attaching the lower part of the frame.
