The shop assistants are very helpful. After I unsuccessfully searched for what I wanted, she kindly walked straight to what I was looking for. Always a fun store to browse.

The shop has a good layout, not a very big shop and doesnt have as big a variety as other Typos weve been to. But the customer service was good, the staff were friendly and the products are beautiful. They always have some specials available and you can find any and all your stationary needs at this shop. The Typo brand has good quality products and always help towards charities as well. Would buy something from Typo everyday if I could!

This place is a trap!!! There are so many interesting and usefull stuff to buy its almost impossible not to buy anything once youve been inside

3 of my friends and I were browsing the shop minding our business and my mask slipped off my nose for a second and a staff member walks up to me and rudely asks me to put my mask back up which i had allready done. I couldnt see her nametag but it was a larger woman with tied up blonde curly hair at the canal walk location. We just decided to walk away

Awesome staff, super friendly, helpful and just plain fun while doing a really great job. Never a sad face. I think I just buy the socks to feel happy. This is really a store that makes the customer feel good spending their money here. And obviously, who doesnt like those censored stickers.

Cool stuff & good discounts but 4 staff members & only 1 cashier with a queue of customers wanting to pay. Also not convenient with no pricing on the actual items so back & forth to the cashier who is always going to be busy due to the queue. Other staff packing items the entire time I was in store. Surely you can do better?

I received really good service. The assistant was very patient with me even though I was incredibly indecisive with my purchases that day.

My missus bought a gift from Typo, she left a folder behind and some paperwork, with great people comes awesome service. Jared a first class Salesman at Typo made a way to get hold of us and Typo kept the items for over 2 weeks... Its uplifting to find Great Service etiquette, thank you Typo, you really have a winner here, Jarrette you biscuit #CasaLoveAfter all this I wanted to tip the operators, they suggested I support a fundraiser or project and wont except a gift, lol they sell gifts :-) ... Always well stocked & great customer service

I went in here hoping to find passport covers and they had exactly what I wanted. Leather covered RFID blocking ones. Very high quality feeling (Well for the price) and I was very happy with the purchases. Great gifts for someone.

Due to Covi19 and limited amount of people allowed in store we had to queue outside (not an issue and we were second in the line). When it was our turn to enter as some customers had left, we had to wait because the girl who was meant to be keeping track of the customers and sanitising, was standing there on her phone and having a casual conversation with her co-worker. I love Typo and their products which they have. They have a huge variety of cute and interesting items and it is a great place to go to get a birthday gift. Visited the shop as they had a special on their mugs (2 for R 100) and there was a mug that I wanted to get a s a gift. Rather go to the Typo shop at Kenilworth Access Park - friendlier service and also better specials.

Oh whats not to love? I always find things I want and they often have good deals.

Great great great. Friendly staff and great offers. Love the Harry potter range even though it is getting smaller. Got myself a great notebook for work which is in the Harry Potter range. I would recommend this shop for everyone, lots of gadgets and styles to choose from

Visited this store today in search of slippers. Found the coolest range of really comfy and funky slippers. Walked away with more than we initially planned on purchasing. This was largely attributed to the sales and promotions that they had running.Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for not-your-average stationary or funky pop culture novelty items!Highlight of the visit was the in-store staff, Duncan and Bangi! Had great energy and was super helpful!

Ive purchased from this store a few times and always received good helpful and friendly service. Today, an assistant by the name of Thobeka was attending to the payments, what a horrid and unfriendly person. Very unhelpful and clearly does not believe in customer service. I will be putting in an official complaint via Typo HQ.

Really distinct stationery and more store catering mostly for teenagers and the young at heart. Standard/typical stationery items are not stocked there and you will have to go to CNA for this. I really like their diaries and have been buying them there exclusively for the past two years now.

Always love the little gimmicks and stationery. However the shop is very small for the stock it carries so it us always very full and not easy to move around.

Variety was quite limited considering that it was back-to-school season.

Kind n friendly staff. Shop is layed out excellent. Unique products . Good varienty from small game like console ornaments to bling water bottles and mugs.
