Horrible service. I have never been talked to so rudely before in my life as a customer. I am a regular customer and spend at least R600 a month here for the past 2 years. Wont be doing that any more. the old lady with white hair has been rude to me for the last time.

Rude, disrespectful staff. Old lady with white hair is incredibly rude and does not deserve a job. Dont waste your time here if you can avoid.

Friendly, helpful staff, fairly well stocked, although visited on 18th at about 10am and sadly all the Colt rolling tobacco was already sold out save 1 Cherry flavour which I gratefully snatched.l, they had Bobs black regular which I bought as well. Decent filters and papers also in short supply. Only the expensive stuff remained, even the rolling tins..was forced to purchase a large one although price was decent at R55. Plenty of smokes though, all in all good local tobacconist!

I have used it for years: all the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Its not a specialty vape shop, although it has a decent selection, and you can get all your other smoking stuff there.

That old women with the bushy grey hair. Strikes again... I was in the que and she helped the lady behind me first.. And when i pointed it out. She got angry and gave me attitude.. Ive suported and bought alot there.. If you want bad service and even worste attitude when its the place for you...

There is an older woman with grey hair that works at the branch in Constantia Village who is extremely rude and passive aggressive! My family and I were disgusted at the manner in which she speaks to you .Never before have we dealt with such an arrogant staff member there.all other staff are always friendly and polite. Appaling service today.

Appalling service from the older lady with the grey hair that works there. she did not have a name tag on. On Saturday, 29th of February my family and i were helped by her. she had the worst attitude with us and helped us in passive aggressive manner. words cant describe how disgusted we were to be helped like that! the manager needs to take another look at certain staff members.

Great service. Bought a vape and they really took the time to show me how it worked and gave great advice. Would definitely go again.
