I have visited The Shop at the Top, the main store located in a National Heritage stone building on the summit, just next to the Table Mountain Café.It includes a wide variety of gifts for those at home, where I would highly recommend not to hesitate to bay or pick up something to remember your visit by.here are some photos of the items at the store where I hope it would be helpful for you.

Disappointing service, staff are extremely rude and scream at you. Was told to wait for the lady from her lunch which took over an hour and we waited and waited to exchange a jersey just a bigger size for a kid which we bought the same exact time but was treated and spoken to in a very ill mannered way. When we did go to the exit shop, the lady immediately helped us and was so friendly, she did not make us wait or treated us with an adrupt way. Thanks to her, we managed to little up our mood.

I was lucky enough to meet the in-house Jeweler in the store. Having hiked up Platteklip and planning to hike back down, my shoes had broken and I was in big trouble. Kingston went out of his way to repair both of the shoes with the tools at his disposal and gave up much of his own time to help me out in a way that left me speechless and humbled. I am grateful to have met Kingston in your store, a very good man who looks out for others but expects nothing in return.I will always come back to the store on my climbs up Lions Head to see if he is around!

I found the place very expensive for its locals. Not much to think about when it comes to the selection of foods.Buffet available. Sit in or sit outside and watch the beautiful views. The restaurant is very near the entrance of the cable car. Normal long queues in peak hours.
