Lovely...all of China Town stuff in ONE PLACE...was well worth the visit

Lots of staff walking around offering to help, but when it comes to paying, one till open. 25 minutes standing in que to pay.Need to work on that going forward Value Co....

Bought a few standing fans from the store, they all work but unfortunately one of the boxes didnt have a pole.Now Im sitting with a box of spare parts and the store will not provide a pole that they took out the box.Im not looking to return anything.I JUST WANT A COMPLETE PRODUCT THAT I PAID FOR!!!Please dont buy any Electronics here they rob you blind and dont care if they are at fault..

Dishonest and rude staff and management. Do not expect a refund without a fight.Purchased 3 carpets, all the same size. At the register there was confusion about the price of one, as the items were not priced individually, but according to which pile they were on. The staff and manager insisted the one is priced at R1099, instead of R799, like the other two, and continually insisted that the piles were organized correctly.I tried to explain to them that you cannot guess the price of items depending on which ‘pile’ I found it, but was ignored.Upon returning two of the carpets two days later (as previously arranged) staff and managers now argued that they would only reimburse me R799 for the R1099 carpet, because I don’t have proof that I paid R1099 for this one carpet. I had a till slip, but they clearly rung up another item’s barcode to get the more expensive price.I battled with staff member after staff member to get the correct refund, but now they all again backed each other up as to not get into trouble. After almost an hour a more senior manager had to go through the security footage to validate my claim.Not one of the sales staff or the other managers even attempted to apologize.You might save a little money on cheaper items, but don’t expect to be treated fairly. Regret recommending this place to any of my friends.

Quite an eye opener, not nearly the bad quality Cheap Chinese stuff.The prices are very reasonable and I for one will from now on always check there first before looking further for items that are priced at the lower spectrum or just something cheap. Great value for money IMHO

An enormous range of items from party requirements to kitchen ware to general household merchandise and so much more. Everything is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and extremely helpful.

Experience was ok overall, however be careful when checking out at till/pay points... ensure to check what cashers are charging you when paying by card.

Brilliant store. Almost everything you might want or need. Almost too many options to choose from. Could do with more staff on the floor but the staff that are available are friendly and helpful.

Was told by your staff to come in on Saturday 7 November for 50% off everything from 9-10, 40% 10-11 and so on. When I got there at 9am was told you had to register online for the sale and only for the first 100 people, spoke to the same staff member who informed me in the week and he said he was just informed of this and didnt even know you had a website. Because of this I didnt buy what I wanted in the week either so didnt get the 50% back in points. This definitely seems like a scam to get people in your shop. Everyone that was there was complaining about this. Great way to open your shop!

Staff makes a mistake by giving me wrong scooter (boxes dont have pictures on them). I take it home and wrap it for Christmas for my daughter. Open it up on Christmas day to realize its the wrong scooter from what I requested and she wont be able to ride a trick scooter due to her being a very tiny 5 year old. I go back to the store to exchange or perhaps get refund and they deny me this. Bare in mind their staff member made a mistake and now my pockets suffer for it. Todays the 29th of December when I got denied a refund or exchange. Nobody answering the emails. Company whatsapp service called me baby and never responded afterwards. Value Co main number is always off. Please tell me how we going to take this further? Cause I feel this value co is not runned properly. Manager could not even direct me to the main owner seeing that the website of value Co is not any help clearly.

The store has literally everything you can think of. However be careful what you buy. The quality is not on standard. Bought a couple of things for use inside the house. Within the first day some of the items broke.

Lovely new shop with a large variety and excellent prices.Staff helpful and thete is a point system when u buy.God bless this new Shop.
