We visit this branch on a daily basis. Their staff makes you feel like you are part of their family. Sales team is always helpful and always patient with all of our questions and they ALWAYS go out of their way for their clients. Great store for all your plexiglass, perspex and polycarbonate requirements. They are very busy when you phone, just shows you how popular they are. They cut your sheets to the sizes you need very professionally and have great software to help you save cost. The deliver and have friendly and efficient service. Definitely worth a visit.

Great vinyl...... Infact absolutely fantastic Vinyl.... As per your service from those who answer ur phones and how the speak about clients in the background is absolutely pathetic.....🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤢🤮 Based on the reviews u can clearly see their focus on customer service is absolutely atrocious and they need to fix this because the product is good,.... Staffer was helpful . The item that I needed was priced a bit steep . The cable I was interested in as well was also pricy.

Poor service, Never have stock, Sales people almost always too busy to speak to a customer and are very unfriendly and not being very helpful. I stay 2 km from Stikland branch, but i still drive all the way to the Paarden Eiland branch because of their service! Pathetic!!!!

I find the sales people lacking in help and they dont really try to assist a customer. Nasstasha told me 4 times that Maizeys do not have any white vinyl in 1.5m wide, however Erick took charge and helped me with white vinyl 1,5m wide. It seems like Nasstasha is only there to push sales and not help clients. Also no use in calling in an order for collection, as it is only prossesed upon pickup.

Friendly helpful staff initially, but clumsy systems when you need to return or change something. The staff attitude also does a 180 degree turn and the friendliness is gone. It took 20 minutes to complete the paperwork and I was standing there with my bank details and they would not take them, saying that I had to send them by email and wait for 10 days for a refund. This is clearly designed to have clients forget about claiming the refund and Maizeys keeping the cash. Not cool Maizey Plastics, your systems are slow and clumsy and I for one will not accept such lousy service. I would give you a zero if I could!!

Very Bad service, no one replies on the message you left. Been phoning them for 2 days, each time the sales staff are busy, too busy to take your call.

They want you to buy large sheets if you need a small piece, long rods if you need a short piece, often dont have stock, often get the order wrong, often do not get back with required information, and often are superbly arrogant.I avoid them when I can.

Dont get them to phone you back for sales, you will be waiting a long time.
