Drivers were driving with so much care. Service of high quality. Could maybe think of employing someone to clean the ablution regularly for health purposes. Someone who is employed to drive with the bus. Will also be helpful if garages to freshen up has been flag on a poster or on bus ticket. Otherwise a very enjoyable experience for the first time. Will definitely make use of the service again.

Horrible. The bus drivers are rude, the USB ports arent working. Only stop to stretch legs every 3 to 4 hours. Worst of all is that you really cant drop you seat to the back otherwise you on someones knows so you basicly have to sit up to take a nap. Bring the Greyhound back.

I was not able to book a space with more legroom being a taller person and it was not mad clear that I could only do that by phoning a call center. Gauteng to Cape Town was very uncomfortable in a cramped space even though I took the Sleepliner. A lot of people did not wear marks and the bus was on full capacity which was a bit scary in the pandemic.It was still a cheaper way of traveling and I may try them again by going through the call centre...The one driver was very friendly...🤔

Booked a bus from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth on the 30th June 2021.. Depature was at 18h00 and arival 5.50 the following morning... It is 20.42 and we still in Somerset West changing busses... No information is shared as to why the delays is happening... POOR POOR SERVICE..

It was the first time that I traveled by Intercape. Due to unforeseen circumstances we were delayed by two hours just outside of Kimberley. The space in the bus is very compact. I must admit that I enjoyed the ride to the cape. My only problem is that I suffer from claustrophobia and prefer to sit in the front seats. Im not sure if preference is allowed on the bus. I have to travel back to Kimberley and hope to get a seat to the front. Kind regards

Seems organised, but not a safe place. Unfortunately oppurtunistic petty criminals is everywhere preying on vulnerable passengers. Be careful. Especially if you are alone and waiting for someone.

Very bad did enquiries for a student, there was no security. Noone to assist with an emergency.. It was an awful experience.

Im still gona take the bus today I have not experienced it yet

I traveled from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth and bus was super packed,NO SUCH THING AS SOCIAL DISTANCE,NO COVID 19 REGULATIONS,Me and my son got viral infection,I feel like filing a case against intercape,#Unhygienic

I paid R530 to bring my cousin from Harrismith to Belleville. To take her back 5 days later was R1009.00 ??? Absolutely rediculous,!! Even the dri vers were surprised...

So unbelievably hard to travel with more than one child. You cant reserve seats. So if you get onto the bus and there arent any seats available next to eachother youll have to sit separated from your kids. No one will swop a seat to help you. And the bus driver will do absolutely nothing to assist you

Worst service ever. The bus station in CPT is overcrowded, no social distancing. Queues are not orderly as a result ppl get lost in wrong queues. Buses are delayed for about 1 hour. It is high time that Intercape appoints queue marshals.

The charging ports from Pretoria station to Cape Town were not working ,my bus was from 5 pm but it left in Pta around 5:40...Not so professional

I bought tickets from kimberley to cape town and got sick in cape town.i could not go on specific date because of my sickness . they didnt want me to drive back with the same ticket.i had to pay another return ticket to kimberley.

Worst experience ever. Taxi thugs cornered a uber driver because the area belong to them after a passenger from an Intercape bus ordered him online. No security in sight. The area has gone to the dogs, not a place where you feel safe.

If you will ever travel between Joburg and Capetown this is by far the best bus in the business. I used the sleep liner couch and it was extremely comfortable. Spacious legroom, leg rest and the big cushioned seats recline to deliver extra comfort. The usb charging ports actually work! And are handy due to the long distance involved. Buses are on time, the check in process is flawless and communication is made frequently to the customers on updates as they occur. Best thing the ticket prices are affordable ! Best value for money, comfort and safety.

No social distancing inside, no sanitizer when you enter, that space is so small, yet they allow more than 25 people in there at once. All this in the midst of the 3rd wave!

Best long distance bus service in South Africa by far. My compliments to the bus drivers e.g Simphiwe on my recent trip from Warrenton to Cape Town. Im disabled and they did everything possible to make my trip comfortable.
