I bought 2x1l full cream you yogurt which marked at R22.75, I think. I was charged R27.49 which was the price of Double cream.Your shelf talker has a reduced price but the till has another.I wonder how many customers get caught like this. This seems to be the policy of large outlets. Happened at Game, Marko and other chain stores.Response is we sorry and blame someone else.I mistakenly rated you 1 it should be minus zero, if there is such a number.RegardsReggie

I bought Full cream long life milk, best before date October 2020.Today I had to throw away the 2nd litre. The milk smells like cow manure.

For the most part they are OK. Just a suggestion that perhaps they can have a till open for traders that buy large amounts and take long to ring up the sales. Service and friendliness of staff is good. Good price on a decent range of products.

Bought 6 pack milk with BB 10/2020 date.1.The 1litre was not full.2. Milk had a very bad smell as I opened it. (Was totally off in 2 days)3. I am keeping the rest to take back to Pick n Pay after the lockdown.4.All this is very disappointing as I have to pay uber R100 for a return trip to return Milk Box that costed me R68.

Can not get hold of the call centre after tying countless times. Milk bags are not really 1litere but much less. Quality control?

I bought 2 x 6 x 1 liter full cream milk around March 24 from Canal walk Pnp. It has a terrible smell. Its unbearable. The expiry date is 30 October 2020

The dairy industry is so sugarcoated and in a nutshell comprise of the following:1. Most people loose their ability to process Lactose after a few months of age. Milk is meat to wean babies, not for adults to drink.2. Humans are the only species to drink the milk from another species.3. Female cows are raped by humans by fist when impregnated.4. Mother and babies are separated after birth.5. Baby boy cows are disposed off, normally killed at a few days as they are useless to dairy farmers.

There prices are not to bad on some stuff, other wise the other stuff prices are nearly the same as the shop price.

I bought a 6 pack if full cream milk. BB 10/2020. I opened it today and it is off. I have opened 2 of them and they smell awful.

Busy industrial area

When one customer is allowed to buy all the available merchandise as in the bulk cheese without giving others the option i findbit completely distasteful....there are many poor people who would also enjoy the benefit of the product prices ...i strongly recommend management intervene and limit the number per customer

Fair cape dairy is a factory shop that sells dairy products at bargain prices a visit to them will be very worthwhile

No one apologised after I gave my daughter a yogurt that Id meant to expire next week but it is moulding. Not even when I returned it and sent an email. VERY DISAPPOINTED 😡
