This is one of those unknown tech stores that a lot of people are not aware of but that everyone should know about. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile and sometimes even offer services that you really do not expect. I have been a regular customer for many years and certainly will walk past similar stores in the vicinity to give my business to them.

Excellent friendly service and assistance. Fixed my remotes at a minimal cost.

If I could give 0 rating. I would. Bad service from female staff member, very rude person in general. And ridiculous that when I wanted to have my 360 remote controller warranty swopped at least for faults. She said its way past their warranty. Which she says is 1 MONTH. What....really? The guys at N1city selling exact same remotes has 6 month warranty. Where is the fairness in that. Dont BUY here. Unless you want to have no real warranty for their products that break. Pathetic really. Bad for business how these people manipulate the economy.
