Fast service and not to expensive

I have an older Bosch SBS600 reversible drill that jumped out of gear. is it worth the while to repair? I called and was advised to bring it in. I thought that it would stay for a quote, but MOSES in the workshop sorted the drill out in no time. He knows the product, knew what parts needed replacing and returned a perfectly working drill in 15 minutes. Moses and team - you are stars!

My Dremel tool came back all dirty and greasy and Ive only used it about 3/4 times on NOT on anything greasy. Will definitely not be using their services again!Cheers ... they lucky to get even one star ....

A couple of months ago: Received EXCEPTIONAL service here, so Ill definitely be back soon with some other tools that need repairing!Two weeks ago: Well, I did say Id be back, so now Im in the fortunate position to add to my review. I had lost the bearing ball that helps to hold my small plunge router at a certain height when the handle is tightened, so I took it in, not having the slightest clue of what it needed to be repaired. A fine gentleman took it into the workshop and after a while returned with the router repaired and holding its position, and two extra bearing balls for when I might again lose the one hed inserted. I dont plan on taking it apart again, but you never know what might happen. This was the second time I had been sent on my way without having been charged a cent! See you again soon, I hope...

Id give no stars for service if i could. Struggling since April to have my fridge fixed while foods are going bad. Disgrace. Empty promises day in and day out.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Firstly the address on their website is wrong and takes you to the wrong location. Secondly they did not have the parts I needed and was told there is a 6 to 8 week wait. I find this unacceptable from a top brand. Bosch is a great product but this means little without after sales service.
