Best Doctors I have ever been to. They are extremely friendly and welcoming putting you at ease. They are professional and very good at what they do and takes their time to make sure you understand what they are saying. Highly recommended.

What an amazing Dr. My family and I have been going to Dr Lilley for 2 years now, since we moved to CPT. I instantly feel better when I see him. Such a positive and friendly vibe when you enter his room. Dr Lilley is thorough and always takes the time to make sure you understand your condition / medication before you leave. Recommend his practice to anyone looking for an amazing all round family doctor!

I changed to Dr Lilley a couple years ago. I have unfortunately had a number of reasons to see him since he became my primary healthcare practitioner. But I have been extremely fortunate to have found such a great Dr. He is a friendly, understanding and knowlegable Dr with great Bedside manner and treats his patients like people and not just a number. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I had an appointment and was phoned a few hours before to let me know that they were cancelling to make time for a more important client.

Appalling service. I have 4.5month old twins. I booked an appointment with the receptionist yesterday for 11 today. She booked 11 and 11:30 to accommodate seeing myself and the babies. I had to book a cab and with two babies being quite unpredictable and trying to manage getting them ready, I phoned while I was 4 minutes away in the cab, to say I was running 10 minutes late, only to be informed, while in the cab, that they wont be able to assist at all and I must turn back.Not only that, she also said she phoned multiple times and I didnt answer.....I dont have one missed call on my phone.There really should be more compassion and understanding from a doctors practice. I was really looking forward to having Dr Lilley as a local family doctor, but after this service, I will never use their services again.
