Ensure you inspect your roof yourself before making any decisions to convert, to make sure you dont have any misunderstandings.Update: I will agree to disagree with you Jay Jay. I know for instance the electrical wire was not discussed as no electrician was organised or discussed until I asked about putting in a light in the loft. Adrian from the installation team was also then also unaware about the electrical wire going over the trap door when he came, hence they had to rearrange to come back.The plumbing was not mentioned to my recollection but when I asked you what the space would look like, you showed me a picture without any plumbing and wires on your phone.On the quote there was also no mention of wires or plumbing that would need to be moved. I see there is a section mentioning these estimated contingency costs but nothing was noted creating the appearance that nothing was required. If wires and plumbing needed to be moved. I suggest in the future you also specify this on the quote to ensure no confusion even if the work is not going to be carried out by yourself.This would ensure greater transparency as well as give more context to the overall cost that could be potentially incurred in carrying out this conversion to your future clients.

Great service. From initiate enquiry to completion of installing was done in less than 1 week! I got a response on my initial enquiry in a few hours, arranged a site visit the same day (at a time that worked for me). Received formal quotation the next business day. After acceptance, the installation was scheduled for 2 days later.On the day of installation, the team was here at exactly the time that was communicated. There was a small problem with the original plan, as there was a water pipe that was not visible when the initial inspection was done, but the team came up with an alternative solution and the installation was started.The installation was finished later that afternoon and when the team left, everything was spotless. Everything was cleaned up beautifully. No way to tell that construction took place in our house.I can definitely recommend Loft Storage to anyone looking to invest in loft storage.Thank you!

The team repaired our loft ladder which needed repairs after over 10 years of use. The team were professional and quick to respond, sending a team out first thing in the morning after my call. The team doing the repair were friendly, fast and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I will never use this company and I will advise anyone to reconsider doing business with this company.They assault women and their cars. They have also rammed their car doors into pedestrians causing unnecessary injuries.If this is their values, I cannot begin to imagine how they carry out work.Utterly PATHETIC people at this place.

A year ago we hired and paid Lofts to design, apply to council for plans and build a loft. Instead, a year later, we are sitting in limbo, as Lofts failed to supply us with legitimately approved Council plans. We strongly advise that you read Courtney Elliss review below and heed her advise before contracting with Lofts.

Bad quality .... Lofts was contracted to install a staircase in our house. They needed to come back 3 times and took almost a month to correct faults and eventually re-installed a substandard, poorly finished staircase that we paid good money for.

Very bad quality, poor workmanship. Unethical behaviour , minimal communication or availability once deposit paid. Generally speaking , very very unprofessional crowd.
