Very pathetic service phoned to inquire if they have an outlet around Maitland, 1st the lady over the phone doesnt know what an outlet distributor is.2nd. They cant take back my empty gas cylinder unless I provide them a receipt of where I purchased it. I told her its been years since we had it hence I cant keep the receipt.My suggestion though if you want to keep people buying your gas then open more outlets around the city because we are paying more to get the cylinder(s) refilled as none wants to take the world focus gas cylinders.

Very dishonest staff members including their manageress, sold a gas cylinder to me, and later when I came back to refill they wanted a proof that, I got the cylinder from them, but still they declined to take the cylinder, making me a laughing stock in front of other customers.
