Last place Ill ever take a gas heater for repair. They are unorganized and unhelpful. Needed knob replaced and got back heater with different colour knob, different size, working opposite way it should. Gave it back and they returned it with indicator filed off and new indicator mark tippexed on. Asked for old dial back and got someone elses. That was about R80...to pull off knob and put on another know they pulled off elsewhere

They are always busy people love to full up there gas tanks there and shop assistants are very helpfull

Dealing with them over the phone is a mission. They never call back or come when they promise to. Nightmare.

Floor assistant are mature people but helpful, Store manager/Owner is a good guy pretty accommodating on negotiations for 2nd hand goods.

Good place for all gas needs and battery water

Took a 16L/m savegas geyser in for repairs. when collecting the geyser thay couldnt provide me with the faulty part that thy replaced. on refitting the we realized the is parts and fitting missing. when phoning them thay told me I must grow up. which is a insult to me as an adult. good luck dealing with them.

A must visit destination if you own a gas stove. A compulsory stop if you are a caravaner or camper . A fully equipped workshop, great and knowledgeable staff, excellent accessories makes this store a must-visit for all outdoor types. Highly recommended.

I left a rubber seal in one the 9kg tanks I exchanged. I called them to ask for it. The lady said they will look for it. 2 minutes later they called me back to say they found it and I can come pick it up. Good service I will definitely use them again.

Interesting place, firstly parking is a major challenge, inside, stock lays haphazardly all over the place, it needs a serious spring clean and you are unlikely to be greeted with a friendly smile, yet, it seems to be very busy.I got what I wanted after a few blank stares and a lot of noisy discussion amongst the staff, but they seem to have most everything you would need to do with gas, so its definately worth looking them up if you need something obscure or hard to find.

Got what I needed

Always order gas to be delivered to my house and always got great service. However, I ordered gas on Tuesday to be delivered on Wednesday and it never arrived. Have never dealt with lady called Mandisa but she took my order. When I called today, I spoke to Johan who promised Mandisa will call me back. After being under lockdown, I would think they would really go the extra mile to retain their customers. Lets see if Mandisa returns my call and my gas delivered 🤷‍♀️

Excellent service. Could not get flame dampers for a gasbraai. Blue flame has the correct size and I bought extras. They can also make new onces if you forward an example to them.

Lady on the floor was most helpful thanks. The cashier did not greet or look up or smile or say thanks or nothing. Spoilt the whole experience.

Really my kind of hardware shop with everything you need in building from A to Z,with gas appliances paint and other knick-knacks you can use around the home,they stock new as well as 2nd hand so you will never leave empty handed,also you must these guys have been around since my youth so they certainly know all the ins and outs of their trade

Have always used the parow branch and my gas always lasted 3-4 months,now that we are forced to used branch due to parow burnt down and closed twice had my bottle filled in goodwood and last nothing more than a month?????? obvioulsy will not be going back!!!!
