Ive contacted GT twice - last year, immediately post-Lockdown and yesterday. Both times, a professional team visited my home the following day.First time, Gillian went above-and-beyond, coming in WAY below his initial quote. The refurbished garage door motor has been perfectly reliable - probably because it was installed correctly (no wobbles, vibrations or judders).Today, they helped me avoid replacing the entire door by replacing a low-quality hinge/bracket that had twisted off. Once again, the garage door is working perfectly. Thanks guys.

Awesome experience. Had an emergency where my garage door wouldnt open and called them after trying to get hold of 5 other companies. I am so glad I found them. Everything was sorted out quickly, their response times were fantastic and the guys they sent were very knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommended. Not to mention great price too!
