Great service and a good price. I had furniture items moved from my flat to a family members place. The gentlemen moving the furniture were quick and the items were delivered without any damage. They also offered help to move the furniture upon delivery to make it easier for my aged mother. Good covid protocols were kept during the whole process. The price charged was much lower than other companies I contacted. Would definitely use this great company again.

Such disgusting service, our stuff was collected in JHB for a trip to Capetown, a move that was supposed to cost us R6850 cost us way more than anticipated before our stuff was aloud to be offloaded we had to pay the driver R2000. Our stuff was so damaged even my childs mattress was soaking wet in fact all our boxes were too where our microwave sastained water damage. Not to mention our couch that is ripped even after being bubble wrapped by the company. Also our washing machine that was 3 months old was full of dents and scratches which was bubble wrapped and apparently blankets put over it. Also my bed side table that was NEVER off loadded. if any one is considering using this company to move there belongings please message me for photos I have a whole album full, these people have no respect for your belongings. Vuyani If I were you I would start by answering your phone so that we can actually deal with the issues at hand I signed your papers where It said that complimentary bubble wrapping would be done but in actual fact I had to pay extra also stated that insurance was included. I will be taking this further, you have damaged our belongings that we have worked very hard for. The least you Can do is have some business etiquette and answer your phone. Very disappointed and disgusted in your company.

Efficiency, humble and fast to assist

Utterly disappointed with the not receiving my deposit back upon cancellation. I paid a deposit of R4200 and made Vuyani aware 3 days prior to the pick up date, that I might have to put the moving on hold which gave him ample time to ensure that measures were put in place to mitigate any loses to his business. I confirmed with him on the day that I will not be moving (no trucks were dispatched or arrived at my place of residence). Not even a cancellation fee was charged, company does not have a cancellation policy on its website or quotes. I desperately needed the deposit as I was unemployed due to Covid pandemic and felt an injustice when he offered an R800 refund. Kiss your deposit goodbye once you make your payment
