Quite a big store although the outer appearance makes it look small.They have everything you looking for and more!Friendly and helpful staff.Parking on a Sunday morning was OK but it would be a problem to find a space when its busier during office hours.

Our experience wasnt the best on that day, but a lady called me Liezel and asked about the service we received a day after oir bad experience. She was jut giving a call to hear my experience at the shop. For that I highly recommend because they understand what customer service is and they are willing to go an extra mile for client.

Wow. Before I get to their range of products and pricing let me first say I was blown away by the customer service. I went in nervous not knowing if Im buying the right appliance for my needs and left with instructions on not only how to operate my new Phillips air fryer but also armed with some newfound recipes and ideas for some tasty meals! To the lady who helped me in the small appliances section, I really should mention her name because she was outstanding with her service, but I apologise because I cant remember her name right now, she explained everything perfectly and spoke in the most welcoming manner, maybe she saw how overwhelmed I was by the sheer variety of products they had on offer!This shop is also misleadingly small when you look at it from the outside, step inside their shop and youre transported to a magical world with every possible type of household appliance and furniture item you can think of. What a process to check out a purchase - not one baroda scanner in the whole store and the cashier made a point of getting the floor personel to write up the order before cashing it up - think it took a full 15minutes to process

Staff all sitting around whe we searched through fridges, maybe they are exhausted from a busy festive time? Eventually had to ask for help and then left without buying anything. Quite disappointed

Good day was a bit disappointed when I walked through shop everybody sit by their desks or walk in shop but no one come to attend so I walked to guy sitting by beds although I wanted a Washing machine so this gentleman took me to someone who assisted me well thx.Will go back still need dishwasher and bed maybe 2.

One very helpful salesperson name starts with a Z. They deduct 20% handling fee on any returns. I like that the fact they give preference to the elderly in service.

Stove still doesnt work after burned myself of 90% burned marks such a disgrace we bought all our furniture there but thanx to defy still not right after changing stoves my son in law nearly burnt his face also tonight
