Am so flippen angry about OK furniture at Makhaza as I bought wardrope 3weeeks ago, still today they keep making excuses and bare in mind I paid cash, I will take this further and I wont rest till they pay for what they doing to me as the valuable customer, will sue them and I dont need wardrope anymore clearly they cant help me but I will make sure they suffer and so pissed😠😠😠😠😠😠

Im very dissapointed by the service i received from OK in Makhaza.I called twice asking if they have the bed i wanted, i was told yes we have the bed that was yesterday, 02 July 2018. I sent my sister to buy the bed, after paying for it she was told she cant have the bed coz its on display and the stock will come today. i then called n spoke to Nonie who assured me that i will be given the bed that is on display n my sis should wait for the delivery guy.My sister waited until the shop was closed, she was told to come back today, shes been at okay since 12H00 noon but still has not received the bed. The story changed today ....the bed is not in a good condition she must wait for the truck coming from the warehouse. Its now 16H36 2nd day still no bed? What is happening OK? I even spoke to Anisa the manager but everyone is so chilled ...
I bought a Hisense fridge last year the 23 November 2018 (Black Friday) on the Internet and I was advised to go fetch it at their store.I still havent received it till this day,poor service because they advised me that they would call when they had it but until now they have not done so.Their number is engaged.Really disappointed 😥
