I bought a new wall unit from them on the 19th promised delivery by 21st only deliver a damaged one on 24th... After numerous fone calls,msgs and a personal visit... Its now 31st Im still waiting for the replacement unit... Might I add no return calls from them... If this is how they treat a cash customer I feel really sorry for the ones who buy on terms...is it coz majority of their clientele is people of color??? Just asking???
