We had SUCH a good experience at Sofaworx factory shop. In store, Vance was brilliant. He assisted us with finding the perfect couch for our needs at a very reasonable price. They were accommodating when it came to delivery date and time.The delivery team were exceptional. They maneuvered and sweated to get the couch into our flat. Excellent service.To top it all off, Sofaworx donated their time and resources to move our old couch to an NGO that we wanted to donate it to.Couldnt imagine better service and I definitely recommend.(Our new couch is beautiful!)

Informative staff and competitive prices. Unfortunately the layout and design of the shop is just a bit nauseating, with dead animal skins paraded on almost every second piece of furniture and underneath coffee tables.

Quality is appalling within less than a year of purchase of sofa it was sagging and pilling. Utter waste of money.
