The goods I initially received were not what I was quoted for and was told I would have to courier them back (at my I expense) if I want the order to be corrected.After posting (negative) feedback on Google, Sarah (one of the owners) contacted me. She wanted to understand what had gone wrong with my order as the company doesnt have unhappy customers and organised for my seat pads to be replaced.I have now received my replacement order, which I am very pleased with. I am also impressed by the companys commitment to ensuring that all customers are satisfied and am happy to update this review.

She was following up and keeping me up to speed with the manufacturing. They came out perfect and looks like amazing quality.
