Very poor service and communication from the factory. Good quality couch but we had to wait 2 months for our couch. Repeated delivery and completion issues. Promises after promises were missed without explanation. Stay away.

Service delivery- Im not happy with. The mistake made was to give us an exact time frame by which we would receive our couch and then we had to keep calling to ask when the couch was arriving and it kept being delayed.The couch itself - We are very happy with. Excellent workmanship. Beautiful stitching and leather.

I have a problem with after sales. I caĺled at the shop, phoned and sent e mails when I complained about defects No response. Still sitting with the defective sets. I am at the centre of rivalry between two brothers and a shop assistant which is not my problem
