Very disappointed to find the Plumstead shop closed with a scruffy note stuck on window saying who to contacting! Websites essential form of information especially during Covid when many working part time or from home, sites should be constantly updated. Lost us as customers.

Very much in love with the headboard I have received. There was a bit of confusion with order placed however it was sorted out promptly and successfully, at no extra cost. And Overall, I experienced great customer service. Thank you so much Cheryl.

Received custom made headboard (R5,499) and ottoman (R2,799) after approx 3 weeks, no issues. After unboxing the goods I noticed the headboard material had a small tear in one corner and the ottoman lid did not close properly, it is visibly crooked with a huge gap on the left corner when closed. Called and spoke to Cheryl who made sure she did all the talking and no listening. She said I should pack the items back in the original packaging (cos no one accepts returns if not in original packaging duh) and the courier will fetch it, and if its damaged after she inspects it, I am liable for the damages (because I obviously didnt pack it properly). Hmmmm, then how did I receive damaged goods in the first place Cheryl, because the packaging was in perfect condition - the contents WERE NOT! Dont blame the courier company for your shoddy workmanship and then shifting responsibility to me in case of any damages if I dont package it properly again. Nice to blame everyone else and not own up to your kak products. Listen next time.
