Our experience was not good, email correspondence said they were fully insured for our freight. We moved an industrial machine down from Joburg to CT, it arrived damaged from the freight Transmart then said we were not insured as the waybill was not ticket for insurance. But we did not fill out or even see the waybill until the machine arrived with it! So how could we have ticked the box?! Transmart filled out the waybill themselves, but no-one called to ask when the waybill was filed out do you want insurance? Poor service cost us a bunch of cash, they didnt even care/inquire as the the extent of the damage we incurred, just dumped us with the problem!

Great communication, well organised and goes the extra mile to ensure that express parcels are collected quickly and delivered on time.

Would not recommend them to anyone. My parcel got picked up on a pallet and was delivered not on a pallet, all damaged. Cost my company a lot of money.

They do any deliveries and you can also pic your stuff up at the whatehouse they do almost everthing that have to do with warehousing and deliveriea
