Called at 10:14 am on Wednesday regarding a passport query, got told to call back at 11:45 am. Called 3 times but no response, so I checked their operating hours and it says they close at 11:30am on Wednesdays.So why tell me to call at 11:45 am then???Wasting my God-damn time!
