The Podiatrist Jessica was very friendly and efficient. However, the admin/reception Nicole was extremely rude. It took me about 5 phonecalls to get my correct medical aid tax invoice sent through to me. Each time I called she was dismissive and abrupt and with every added mistake SHE made became increasingly irritated as if I was making the mistakes?? . As the interface with your patients both before and after consultation, I would strongly suggest you rectify this persons attitude as her actions have just soured my opinion of your practice and I will neither go back nor recommend you to anyone.
