Arriving 10 min before closing time, picking up 2 big bunches of flowers. Then... I need to borrow two big glass vases, I need ribbons, I need ideas... All hands on deck and within minutes I am leaving there SO happy, with a parting sentence: bring the vases back whenever it suits you. Great happiness that I can do business with such a professional, efficient and wonderful company. Nothing is asking too much, all smiles., and above it all: a great feeling of warmth and goodwill!
