What you order and pay for from their catalogue is not what gets delivered. I e-mailed to complain and all I got was a reply saying they will look into... But Im still waiting..... A pictures speaks 1000 words - see for yourself. Im in new Zealand and wanted to surprise my Mother as I couldnt be with her to celebrate her retirement due to Covid travel restrictions. So disappointed when she message me a thank you with a picture of the flowers..... I did not order and pay for this sorry looking flower arrangement! Not even 25% of the flowers I paid for!

Not a very good experience. There is no way to track your order, and they dont let you know when the flowers are delivered. I ordered flowers and chocolates for my aunts birthday. Placed the order and paid before 8am, and heard nothing from Flora Niche for the rest of the day. I sent numerous messages that went unanswered, and phoned the number on the website at 4pm. They couldnt tell me whether the flowers were delivered and said they would call me back - never happened. I got a one-liner reply in my email the next morning stating that the flowers were delivered. No details, no waybill, no apologies for lack of communication. I paid more than R800 and I dont even know what the product I purchased looked like, when it was delivered or who received it. I will definitely use another company next time. Stay clear.

I only placed the order on the Saturday before and received a mail saying they might not be able to deliver the bouquet and chocolates until Monday due to a large number of orders. I have never been so embarrassed by a flower delivery as I have been with Flora Niche Port Elizabeth on 10 June 2020.I ordered the Country Charm basket on 8 June 2020 for 10 June 2020 (birthday flowers). It was collected on 9 June 2020 by the courier and delivered 10 June 2020 at 18:20.The flower basket delivered was nothing like the order (size and colour) and some flowers were even wilted. See attached photos of the order and the delivery.I will never recommend Flora Niche Port Elizabeth to anyone.

I bought flowers for my wife on Valentines day. I was contacted to ask whether they can move my delivery to coincide with another delivery in the area, but they will confirm the exact date with me, to which I agreed. I had to then phone them to find out when they will deliver. On delivery, the paid for chocolates was not included and the delivery driver gave my wife his note showing that there is supposed to be chocolates and that the basket of flowers is R400 less than what I ordered and paid for. When I confronted them with this, I was told that I must be making a mistake, but they will investigate. A week later I was told they will refund me, but now Im being ghosted by them.I can confirm that this matter has been resolved and I have been refunded. Thank you Kariemah.

I live in the USA and my mother lives in a retirement home in SA which is open and staffed 24/7. My mother received her flowers 2 days later. When I queried this they said they could not deliver to a business address on weekends. Misleading information on website!!! Unacceptable service!!! Dont offer what you cant deliver!!!

Their response was prompt to fix the error but it was only after I brought it to their attention. Chocolate was poor quality (generic supermarket chocolate), my gift card/message was not included. Tried to follow up with the florist and no response. Bad Bad Bad.
