Terrible service. Floors arrived 2 weeks late and not great quality. Completely over priced. Dont let the free hats and mints fool you. Look around, there are better companies and products out there.

Busy with a big renovation at my home (bigger Garage plus another 200m2 of additional floor space to my existing home). My Project Manager asked me to look at Oggie engineered wood floors as an option at their showroom. The two ladies at the front desk were friendly, but then the salesman who I think might be the owner, spoiled the experience. While I was taking photos of the wood floor samples he was very abrupt by saying I am not allowed to take photos. He will direct me to a website. There are no signs on the showroom floor indicating that no photos could be taken. The product looks good but the experience in the showroom was not the best to put it mildly. Felt I wasted my time.
